حذف البيانات
منصة Te Care من تكوينات لا تحتفظ ببيانات ملفك الشخصي في فيسبوك. عند ربط واتساب أو انستقرام أو ماسنجر، نحفظ فقط رمز الوصول الخاص بحساب الأعمال (مشفّراً) لإرسال واستقبال رسائل منشأتك.
- لإيقاف الربط وحذف رمز الوصول: من لوحة المنصة ← الإعدادات ← القنوات ← افصل القناة.
- لإزالة صلاحيات التطبيق من فيسبوك: إعدادات فيسبوك ← الأمان وتسجيل الدخول ← تطبيقات الأعمال ← أزل Te Care.
- لحذف بيانات منشأتك كاملة (المحادثات، جهات الاتصال، الملفات): مالك الحساب يطلب ذلك من صفحة الدعم أو عبر البريد، وننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً.
Data deletion
Te Care by Takwinat does not store your Facebook profile data. When a business connects WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, we keep only the business access token (encrypted) needed to send and receive that business's messages.
- To stop the connection and delete the token: platform → Settings → Channels → disconnect the channel.
- To remove the app's permissions on Facebook: Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Business Integrations → remove Te Care.
- To delete all of a business's data (conversations, contacts, files): the account owner requests it from the Support page or by email; deletion is completed within 30 days.
